Joe and I set off for the five hour drive to visit our daughter Tiff on Saturday. It's a long way and we shared the driving although I piked out before my time was up and Joe did more than his fair share.
We arrived mid afternoon to be greeted by wagging dogs and happy children. This is Ruby our granddog, her puppies are due this week and we hoped they would arrive during our stay but alas no puppies yet. Poor girl she is very heavy and slow carrying this load around all day. Last time she had puppies there were nine.
We did have a few quiet moments, when Poppy had his hands full and the TV did it's work.....childminding!
It's been a couple of months since we'd seen them and Angus has grown so much. He's 4 months old now and we did enjoy getting to know him. He is still a happy easy going little fellow.
I had a great time playing with camera angles too.
On Sunday we took a lovely drive through Dwellingup to Boddington where "The Field of Quilts" (more photos of quilts) was being held. The scenery was beautiful, tall trees, masses of wild flowers, brilliant Canola crops and green, green, green everywhere.
Most of these pics were taken through the car window as we whizzed by.
Men don't stop for directions or photo opportunities.

O Sue - your grandchildren are so sweet! I too, loved the picture of Poppy and the children -that is one to be adored. I would be tempted to have it blown up and framed for him for Christmas.
I am pleased you had agood time with the grandkids they grow up so fast when they are that age I think. The photos are beautiful and your right men wont stop.
