I've been making a lot of fudge lately. This is V. bad for the waistline. If I am to continue to grow enormously I think you should too.
Here's the recipe:-
1 x 400gm tin sweetened condensed milk...use the lite one if you think it makes a difference.
A matching amount of chocolate
A quarter of that amount of butter e.g. 100 gms
Melt it all together gently in the microwave and toss in something else....
chopped crystalised ginger
or chopped walnuts
or chopped Peppermint Crisp Bars
or finely shredded orange zest and a few drops of Cointreau
or glace cherries and coconut
or a pinch of dried chili
and so it goes on
Line a tray with baking paper and pour the mix in...refrigerate...cut into little squares and you know the rest.
