Happy Birthday Nath

Yesterday was our son-in-law's birthday. This is my little tribute to him 'cos he is working away to provide for our DD and the "Gang of Three" little grandies.
Nathan is the sort of bloke who is enthusiastic about new things, he gets into projects with great gusto.
Four, or was it 5, years ago, we gave him a book for his birthday.
"Build your own Pizza Oven"
Well he did......straight away!
They entertain their friends and family with pizza nights, they hold street parties at their place and "bring your own topping dinners", roasts have even been cooked in it this firey little dome.
During our Christmas visit a few weeks ago Nath cooked the best pizza I have ever eaten.
The stars were aligned that night and the crust, toppings, cooking and serving were perfect.
Light and crispy, salty and sweet, hot and smoky straight from the oven.....divine!

He is a great Dad too and spends time teaching his littlies the intracies of house building, gardening, animal husbandry, boating, fishing, movie watching, housework and  lawnmowing often with a baby in a pouch on his chest or like the pic above, with his lap full of his own and other peoples kids.
footnote: He is tall and has long legs which accomodate lots of little people side by side.

I hope you had a good birthday Nath,  we're so glad you're part of our family.
