Our drought has broken

Rain has fallen and plenty of it,
the farmers are grinning from ear to ear,
the gardens are looking revived
and the river has broken through the sand bar to join the ocean.

What a feeling Sue! I remember when we had small acres and every time it rained we used to go out on the verandah and just enjoy it...And when a drought breaks...hurrah, even better!

It was like that when we were there four years ago, that's when we had to leave because of the floods. Great photos, it's a gorgeous river...
