I'm learning to slow down

What a wonderful weekend I've had. Three days stitching at Calico and Ivy with the wonderful Sue Spargo. Her quilts are amazing, lots of wool on wool with little bits of Kaffe Fassett fabric and masses of amazing colours. I even managed to learn lots of techniques and tricks for my embroidery and embellishment. This is not the sort of sewing one can rush and I feel like it's something to help me slow down and even improve at.
Thanks Sue Spargo.

I'd probably go into a coma if I tried to make one of her quilts, I'm slow enough as it is, lol! But I love her stuff!
