Take 3 dolly pegs, some tiny scraps of cloth and some ribbon.
After cutting holes in the centre of scraps poke the peg through and tie ribbon around the middle.
Add two dots and a smile : )
Result: 45 minutes of absolute quiet play and a much needed rest for Nanny.
