At last the birthday has arrived and this quilt was handed over to the birthday boy.
Lachie, who was mad keen on pirates until the piratey invitations to his party were sent, the pirate decorations bought and treasure hunts planned, decided a week before his 3rd birthday that he was no longer Capt'n Hook and preferred to be T-REX and sweetly asked could his cake "Please have dinosaurs on it, please".
