One Special Day

I love having birthdays.
My children usually remember to ring me...if they have reminded each other.
My friends certainly remember to call and send cards and even gifts.

My husband, bless him has gone to work this morning without a word. Despite the fact that I handed him a set of  "The Cook & The Chef" dvds yesterday saying this is what I'd like for my birthday TOMORROW.

At Patch last night we had the handover of our Row x Row challenge.
Follow the link to see all the RowxRows.
It was some months ago that I made Daisy in the Daisies as my first row and each month one of six lovely ladies made a row to add to it . This is the finished set. My own farm..... Linda even replicated the photo I have on my blog....a row of round hay bales in the field.
I'm so lucky. Thanks to all who took part in this challenge and a special thankyou to Beth who organised it for us.

Happy Birthday Sue, hope it's a good one (even if someone forgot). Maybe he didn't?? Maybe there's a BIG surprise planned from him - maybe, you never know, stranger things have happened - yes? Did you know that you can download every episode of 'The Cook and The Chef' as pod/vid casts for free? Then watch them on your computer, easy! Have a great weekend.
