Pilbara pictures

I caught a pic of this bird, not sure what it is, at Cossack. You can make out the mangroves around the water.
As my grandies danced on this little island at Point Samson, the tide came in and "took it away"

Not a good photo taken thru' the dirty car window as we drove into desert plains. So many mineral rich rocks!

More rocks with kangaroos tracks and scats on them. I wonder what they were doing climbing rocks?
Looking for water maybe. There were 'roo bones in this pool. I hope it hadn't been barbequed.

Making echoes

Miles of nothing
Termite mound, one of hundreds!

I've been busy scrolling down too. That is one amazing landscape! Space and red and dirt and big horizons. Enjoy those grandies and those quiet moments!

Looks alot like the landscape I just moved from in Arizona. No roos though.

Looks like you are having a good time.

Love these photos, not a place I've been to although I did go by train across the Nullarbor many years ago... Wonderful country isn't it eh! Aren't we lucky :-)
