Repurpose Thursday

I'm lucky enough to have lots of little fabric swatch books left over from my past life career in interior design. Trouble is the fabrics are furnishing ones and too heavy to make quilts out of.
Believe me I've tried but these lovely Indian cotton plaids just don't hold up to quilt making.

Here's what I've been doing with them.
The best bit is they are already colour co-ordinated and the paper edge stabilises each little pennant beautifully on the string.

I've joined Designs by Fee for this Repurposed Thursday post. Go see the other ideas.
